Great Food is the Perfect Recipe for Cherished Memories

When my husband and I are sailing, the Semper Fi is our home. Since I'm extremely sensitive to gluten, we have dedicated gluten free "safe zones" in the galley and all the normal precautions have been taken to eliminate cross contamination. There is a dedicated gluten free toaster, colander, pasta scoop and cutting boards. If you have "gluten eaters" sharing your vacation, arrangements can be made to have gluten bread and cereals if the GF passenger approves. It's your vacation... we will adapt to a totally gluten free boat or work within the gluten free "safe zones"... whatever you are comfortable with.
